Associados

Poderão fazer parte da associação, na qualidade de Associados Efectivos, todas as entidades que exerçam a gestão ou explorem efectivamente Quintas, Espaços, Estabelecimentos ou Locais especialmente vocacionados para a realização de Eventos e que não sejam de abertura diária ao público.

Poderão, também, inscrever-se na associação as empresas que tenham por objecto o exercício da actividade de Organização de Eventos e Catering, como Associados Contributivos, mas que não explorem efectivamente qualquer tipo de estabelecimento referido no parágrafo anterior.

Poderão ainda inscrever-se na associação, como Associados Aliados, as entidades empresariais dos diversos sectores de actividade com interesses no sector e que não façam parte dos dois parágrafos anteriores.

Vantagens

A APEQE tem entre os seus principais objectivos defender e apoiar, directa ou indirectamente, o fortalecimento e o desenvolvimento de seus associados, promovendo a relevância do sector nas suas diversas componentes - progresso económico, social e técnico dos associados, e levá-los a usufruir dos benefícios e regalias que a associação poderá e deverá proporcionar-lhes.

Para isso a APEQE deverá:

• Promover e negociar a participação em reuniões oficiais, feiras e outras manifestações em que os Associados devem fazer-se representar;

• Favorecer e incrementar o bom entendimento e a solidariedade entre os seus membros, com vista, designadamente, ao fortalecimento do ramo de actividade económica em que se inserem, promovendo reuniões periódicas entre associados para troca de informações e experiencias;

• Elaborar junto dos seus associados estudo de necessidades de formação, conceber e organizar planos de formação profissional à medida, de forma a contribuir para uma padronização de serviços ao nível de qualidade e certificação; Estudar propostas do mercado de modo a facultar aos seus associados as melhores soluções ao nível de produtos e/ou serviços comuns a todos os associados, criando soluções de economias de escala na gestão dos seus negócios;

A APEQE deverá também promover a defesa dos direitos e interesses dos associados junto do Estado Português, das Autarquias Locais, dos Organismos Oficiais, das Outras Associações de Empregados e Empresariais, dos Sindicatos, e do Público em geral.

Futuramente e em função do seu crescimento, é intenção da APEQE criar:

• Um gabinete de Novas Tecnologias que terá por objectivo levar os associados da APEQE a aderirem às novas Tecnologias e à sociedade de informação e que será responsável pela manutenção de um portal na internet, o qual procurará disponibilizar ao associado toda a informação necessária à gestão do negócio de forma simples e rápida.


• O Site “APEQE” (www.apeqe.pt) possibilitará ao Associado a manutenção própria da sua página individual com a descrição do Espaço, Fotografias e Link directo ao seu próprio Site.


• Gabinetes Jurídico, Arquitectura, Energia, Medicina no Trabalho e Técnico Alimentar.

Membership

All the Entities that manage or exploit Estates, Venues, Meeting spaces, Event or Catering Establishments specially oriented to the production of Events and that are not open daily to the public will be able to be part of the association as Effective Members.

Entities will also be able to register as a Contributing Members as long as their main objective and activity consists of the Organization of Events and/or Catering and do not exploit effectively any of the establishments mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Business entities that carry out activities relative to the industry and that are not part of the two previous paragraphs will also be able to register in the association, as Allied Members.

Advantages

As part of its main objectives, APEQE aims to defend and support, direct or indirectly, the strengthening and the development of its members, promoting the relevance of the sector in its diverse components - the economical, social, and technical progress of the members, and to have them enjoy the benefits and privileges that the association should and will be able to provide them.

For these purposes, APEQE will have to:

• Promote and negotiate the participation in official meetings, fairs and other events in which the Members should be duly represented;


• Favour and develop the good understanding and solidarity between its members, aiming to strengthen the economical activity in which they are inserted, promoting periodic meetings between members for the exchange of information and experiences;


• Prepare surveys of the need of special training, conceive and organize plans of professional training, in order to contribute to a standardization of services regarding quality and certification;


• Study market proposals in such ways as to allow its members the best products and / or common services to all the members, creating solutions of economies of scale in the management of their business.

APEQE should also promote and defend the rights and interests of the members within the Portuguese State, the Local Town halls, the Official Organisations, the Employees and Employers’ Associations, the Trade Unions, and the Public in general.

In the future, and regarding its growth, it is APEQE’s intention to create:

• A New Technologies department that will have as its main objective to help APEQE’s members embrace the new Technologies and the new information society and that will be responsible for the maintenance of an Internet Site that will provide the member with all the  necessary information to be able to manage his business in a simple and efficient way.


• The “APEQE“ Website (www.apeqe.pt) will make possible to any Member the maintenance of his individual page with the description of the Venue, Pictures and a direct Link to his own Website..


• Architecture, Surveys, Legal, Economical, Energy, Labour Medicine and Food Technician departments, among others.
